i. Biography
Lily Wang is a Chicago hospitality professional and co-owner/co-founder of Nine Bar, the Chinatown cocktail bar located behind Moon Palace Express at 216 W. Cermak Rd. She launched the project after earlier working as a bartender at Estereo in Logan Square, first through a Lunar New Year pop-up in 2019 and then as the Nine Bar Market to-go concept in 2020 before the bar opened in June 2022. Wang later expanded her partnership with Joe Briglio into Cara Cara Club in Logan Square in 2024.
