Jonas Vittur is the Director of Bars at Rosewood Phnom Penh, where he leads the beverage program for Sora, the hotel’s sky deck bar. He is bringing a global career spanning Australia, London, Hamburg, Japan, and India, while a July 2025 Rosewood press release says he joined Sora as Director of Bars after growing up in the Italian Alps and developing an early for bartending.
