Nimol Leourng

Nimol Leourng is the Bar Manager at Sora, the rooftop bar at Rosewood Phnom Penh in Cambodia. He is cambodian-born, with more than six years of hospitality experience, and says he brings a minimalist cocktail style that uses local ingredients such as lemongrass and herbal infusions. The hotel also notes that he previously held key positions at Raffles Hotel Le Royal and graduated from the Pour un Sourire d’Enfant (PSE) Institute.
