Jordan Snider is the Executive Pastry Chef at The Sanctuary at Kiawah Island Golf Resort in Kiawah Island, South Carolina. Born in upstate South Carolina and raised in Charleston, he began his culinary career in 2002 as a bread baker before working at Oak Steakhouse, Carolina Yacht Club, the Five Loaves/Sesame Burgers group, and later the Fairmont Grand Del Mar in San Diego. He returned to the Charleston area in 2018 to lead pastry operations at The Sanctuary, where he oversees hotel banquets as well as The Ocean Room and Jasmine Porch.
