Jordi Roca i Fontané is the pastry chef at El Celler de Can Roca in Girona, the family restaurant he operates with his brothers Joan and Josep. He is one of the Roca brothers associated with El Celler de Can Roca in Girona, and widely profiled as the chef responsible for desserts and pastry work there. He has also been recognized internationally as World’s Best Pastry Chef in 2014 and has appeared in Netflix’s Chef’s Table.
