i. Biography
Jorge Muñoz is a Madrid-based chef and co-founder of OSA in Madrid, where he works alongside Sara Peral. He previously worked at Picones de María after earlier experience in Mugaritz and La Tasquita de Enfrente, and the duo behind OSA were named Cocineros Revelación de España at Madrid Fusión 2024.
