Sara Peral is the chef behind OSA in Madrid, where she and Jorge Muñoz lead a restaurant that opened in 2023 and quickly earned a Michelin star, two Repsol Suns, and the 2024 Madrid Fusión Cocineros Revelación award. Public reporting describes her prior experience in notable Spanish kitchens including Coque, DiverXO, Mugaritz, Pedegrú, and La Fayette before launching OSA with Muñoz.
