José Luis León Martínez is a Mexican mixologist and Bar Director of Licorería Limantour in Mexico City. After winning Diageo World Class Mexico in 2010, he joined Limantour at its founding in 2011, establishing it as one of the premier cocktail destinations globally and earning #4 on He also serves as Beverage Director for the Ritual H hospitality group, developing beverage programs across venues such as Baltra Bar and Xaman.
