Joseph Kamal is an Egyptian culinary professional who serves as Chef (On the Pass) at Sachi Cairo in Heliopolis, Cairo. Working within the kitchen team alongside pastry chef Ahmed Mansi at restaurateur Ayman Baky's flagship venue, he manages kitchen pass operations and culinary execution. Under this culinary leadership, Sachi Cairo earned recognition on the Middle East & North Africa's 50 Best Restaurants list.
