Juan Cúneo is the president and founder of Viña Casas del Bosque in Chile's Casablanca Valley. He established the estate in 1993 as the region's cool-climate wine industry was emerging. The family-run winery now combines its vineyard and cellar programme with three restaurants and extensive wine-tourism experiences.
