Juan D'Onofrio is the Executive Chef and Co-Founder of Chispa Bistró in Madrid, Spain. Born in Buenos Aires, he honed his technique at establishments including Mina in Bilbao, Santceloni in Madrid, and Mercado de Liniers in Buenos Aires. In 2022, D'Onofrio opened Chispa Bistró, earning a Repsol Sun and recognition in the Michelin Guide for his innovative fire- and sauce-driven cuisine.
