i. Biography
Juhyun Lee is the chef and owner of Sushi Hyun in Vancouver, a Japanese omakase restaurant at 795 Jervis Street. The restaurant received a MICHELIN Guide star, and Lee was named the 2025 MICHELIN Guide Vancouver Young Chef Award winner. He said he began cooking in Vancouver about ten years before the award and that the city is where he learned, grew, married, and became a father.
