Julio Martín Baez

Julio Martín Báez is the chef and owner of Julia in Villa Crespo, Buenos Aires, a 22-seat restaurant he opened in 2019 and describes as “indie” cooking with a “less is more” philosophy. He is originally from Chacabuco, Buenos Aires, and has been profiled as the chef behind Julia’s contemporary Argentine cuisine, with the restaurant later expanding his profile through a second project, Franca, in Buenos Aires.
