California native Katina Connaughton is Co-Owner and Head Farmer of SingleThread in Healdsburg. After farming and gardening work in Hokkaido, England and Sonoma County, and coursework in sustainable agriculture and horticulture, she came to lead SingleThread Farm's 24-acre Dry Creek property, greenhouses, heirloom orchards, beehives, foraging and floral design programs. Her farm team supplies vegetables, fruit, herbs, flowers and honey to the SingleThread kitchen.
