i. Biography
Kelvin Cheung is a Chinese-Canadian chef and partner at Jun’s in Dubai, where he leads concept development and day-to-day operations and creates menu items for the restaurant. He moved to the UAE in 2021 after a 10-year stint in India to open Jun’s, which is described as his flagship restaurant and a centerpiece of his “third culture cooking” style. Official and industry sources also place him at Jooksing, 852 Bakery, and Little Jun’s at Time Out Market under Three Layer Hospitality.
