Kevin Bratt is the Wine Director and Associate Partner at Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab, where he has worked since the restaurant opened in Chicago in 2000. He also serves as Concept Wine Director for Joe's locations in Las Vegas and Washington, D.C. Wine Spectator notes that he joined Joe's on day one and now manages the beverage programs across the Joe's portfolio.
