Kevin Bratt is the Wine Director and Associate Partner at Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab, where he has worked since the restaurant opened in Chicago in 2000. He also serves as Concept Wine Director for Joe's locations in Las Vegas and Washington, D.C.
