i. Biography
Kévin Garcia is a French chef and the Executive Chef of Cap Estel in Èze-Bord-de-Mer on the Côte d’Azur, overseeing the Michelin-starred restaurant La Table du Cap Estel as well as Le Ficus. He previously spent 11 years working alongside chef Frédéric Anton at the three-starred Le Pré Catelan and as Executive Chef at Le Jules Verne on the Eiffel Tower, where he helped earn two Michelin stars. In April 2025, Garcia succeeded chef Patrick Raingeard at Cap Estel to lead its contemporary Mediterranean culinary program.
