i. Biography
Kevin Lu is a Taiwanese sommelier who joined logy in Taipei in 2021 and serves as chief/head sommelier there, where he has helped shape the restaurant’s wine program alongside chef Ryogo Tahara. he became Taiwan’s first Master Sommelier and the third in Asia to earn the qualification, and Kevin Lu is a partner at logy.
