Konstantin Filippou is an Austrian chef and restaurateur from Graz, identified with the Vienna restaurant that bears his name at Dominikanerbastei 17. He opened Restaurant Konstantin Filippou in 2013; by 2014 it had earned a Michelin star, and later coverage describes him as having earned two Michelin stars and Gault Millau recognition. His cooking is described as a blend of Austrian and Greek influences, and he also opened the wine bistro O Boufés in Vienna in 2015.
