    Ksenija Krajšek Mahorčič is the owner-chef of Gostilna Mahorčič in Rodik, Slovenia. The restaurant is located in Rodik, in the Coastal–Karst region, and JRE notes she is among the few women at the top of Slovenian fine dining and a holder of a Michelin Green Star. A Slovenian food feature says she began working at Gostilna Mahorčič in 1993 and later became chef after graduating and marrying Martin Mahorčič.
