Kyle Jones is the managing director and co-founder of Bon Vivants in Nassau, Bahamas, which opened in 2019 as the first true craft cocktail bar in The Bahamas. He is a former New York bartender who later moved to Nassau and developed Bon Vivants with William Young, while the venue’s own materials identify Bon Vivants as a café and cocktail bar dedicated to the history of the craft cocktail.
