i. Biography
Lâm Đức Anh is a Vietnamese bartender and hospitality entrepreneur in Ho Chi Minh City who co-founded Stir Modern Classic Cocktail Bar, opened in February 2021 on Lê Thánh Tôn Street. He is a long-time F&B professional and brand ambassador for Diageo Vietnam, and one report says he studied foreign languages before leaving school and working in bars. Stir has been described as a modern-classic cocktail bar inspired by Vietnamese ingredients and local street drinks, and it was cited among Asia’s notable bars.
