Laongdao Tohkhot, also known as Chef Aong, is the Chef de Cuisine for Sri Trang at Phulay Bay, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Krabi, Thailand. She is a Southern Thai chef who has worked at Phulay Bay since it opened in 2009 and has more than two decades of experience promoting southern Thai cuisine in Thailand and abroad.
