i. Biography
Laura Principiano is the Head Winemaker at Zuccardi Valle de Uco in Mendoza, Argentina, and also leads the winery’s Research and Development department. She joined Zuccardi in 2009 after graduating as an Agricultural Engineer from the National University of Cuyo, and she has worked on the winery’s foundational design and construction concepts while participating in harvests in Italy and Spain. She was recognized by Tim Atkin MW as Young Winemaker of the Year for Argentina.
