Laurence Webb

Laurence Webb is the head chef at Palé Hall Hotel in Snowdonia, Wales, where he oversees the hotel’s dining offering, including the Henry Robertson Dining Room and its Michelin Green Star–recognized cuisine. Public coverage says his culinary journey began with a work placement at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons at age 15, later followed by about seven years of training there under Raymond Blanc and Gary Jones before roles in Australia and private-chef work.
