Edward Marsh

Edward Marsh is a British chef who was appointed Head Chef at Buckland Manor in October 2024 and later became Executive Chef at Palé Hall Estate in 2025. He previously worked at The Manor House, Castle Combe, where he progressed from sous chef to head chef, and his Palé Hall profile says he has over eighteen years in high-end hospitality and formal training from the University College of Birmingham. He also serves as captain of the English National Culinary Team and is a committee member of the British Culinary Federation.
