Laurent Herschbach

Luxembourg-born Laurent Herschbach is General Manager of the Ritz Paris. He joined the hotel in 1997 and rose from front desk through rooms and food-and-beverage leadership, helped deliver the 2016 reopening after a four-year renovation, became Director of the Ritz Paris in September 2019 and was promoted to General Manager in February 2023. He is an alumnus of Cornell's Nolan School of Hotel Administration.
