    i. Biography

    Laurent Herschbach is the General Manager of Ritz Paris, where he has worked since 1997 and rose through operational and leadership roles over more than 25 years. Born in Luxembourg, he joined the hotel as a receptionist, later led rooms, food and beverage, and hotel operations, and was promoted to Director of the Ritz Paris in September 2019 before becoming General Manager in February 2023.
