Lee Watson is a cocktail consultant and co-owner of The Spirits Library in Poblacion, Makati, where he is described as the bar’s helm and a veteran F&B figure. He has also been linked to Nokal in Makati and Gugu Room in New York City, and has created bar programs for Antonio’s, Okada, Discovery Shores, and Anya Tagaytay. He is portrayed in recent coverage as a private-collection whisky host and an experienced beverage expert in the Philippine hospitality scene.
