Leonard Conral is the executive chef of Xtoria in Setúbal, Portugal. Owner Rute Marques confirmed that title in August 2026. Mesa Marcada named him in June 2025 as the chef who leads Xtoria’s kitchen. The Câmara Municipal de Setúbal presented him as Xtoria’s chef at the Feira de Sant’Iago 2026 showcooking on 27 July, where he cooked cannoli de choco, fish from the local market stuffed with monkfish liver, seaweed and pennyroyal, and Azeitão cheese cheesecake, paired with wines from Herdade Canal Caveira. New in Setúbal had already listed him on Xtoria’s kitchen team in coverage of the restaurant’s 2023 Michelin Bib Gourmand.
