Leonardo D'Ingeo is an Italian chef associated with ALTO Rooftop in Cervia and previously with Carico in Milan. his path is starting with early food training in his family, followed by work at Le Giare and the Atelier de Joël Robuchon Saint-Germain in Paris, and then four years developing Cà-ri-co in Milan.
