Linh Winnie is a bar manager at Workshop14 in Hanoi, where she oversees day-to-day service at the bar that earned the Campari One To Watch Award as part of Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2025. Coverage from The World’s 50 Best Bars and The Dot Magazine places her in Workshop14’s leadership team alongside beverage director Richard McDonough and co-founders Hieu Long and Cuong Nguyen.
