Richard McDonough is a beverage director and co-founder of Workshop14 in Hanoi, where he oversees the bar program and modernist cocktail direction. He is a veteran bartender with a pedigree including 69 Colebrooke Row and Bar Termini. He helped launch Workshop14 with a focus on Vietnamese ingredients and modern technique.
