The next step, as Head Chef at Il Flauto di Pan in Villa Cimbrone, Ravello, SA, placed his work inside a kitchen shaped by its setting, where the surrounding landscape is part of the room’s register. He is today the executive chef of Il Flauto di Pan, a role that keeps the same focus on discipline, place, and control.

The Work Today
