Lorraine Bruce is the Assistant General Manager at The Tides Restaurant in Holetown, Barbados. The venue states that she has been with The Tides for over 15 years and advanced from a very junior position to Assistant General Manager, after a broader hospitality career at Pineapple Beach Club, Almond Beach, Crystal Cove, and the Courtyard by Marriott.
