i. Biography
Lewis Glaister is the Head Chef at The Tides in Holetown, Barbados. He is originally from Manchester, UK, trained in professional cookery at Salford College, and worked at Hilton Manchester, several restaurants in Manchester, Melbourne, D&D London, and Scott’s in Mayfair before moving to Barbados in May 2022 and being promoted to Head Chef in January 2024.
