Louis Gomes is an Indian culinary professional who serves as the Head Chef at The Table, an restaurant in Colaba, Mumbai. Having accumulated more than two decades of professional cooking experience without formal culinary school education, he mastered his craft entirely on the job. Gomes joined founders Gauri Devidayal and Jay Yousuf during the pre-opening phase of The Table in 2010 and rose through the brigade to lead the kitchen's globally inspired, ingredient-driven menu.
