Gauri Devidayal

Gauri Devidayal is the co-founder and director of Food Matters Group in Mumbai, best known for The Table in Colaba, which she launched with Jay Yousuf after leaving tax consulting. She is also associated with Kaspers in Bandra and is instrumental in building The Table into one of Mumbai’s best-known restaurant brands. She holds a law degree from University College London, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, and completed WSET Level III while developing The Table’s wine program.
