Louise “Cookie” Ciminieri is a co-owner and longtime operator of Totonno’s Pizzeria Napolitano in Coney Island, Brooklyn, part of the family that has run the pizzeria. She is the granddaughter of founder Anthony “Totonno” Pero and credit her and dedication with preserving the restaurant’s legacy into the next century. Reporting in 2024–2025 says she remains one of the family members running the pizzeria alongside her sister Antoinette Balzano and brother Frank Balzano, though the family has said they are seeking a buyer as they age.
