Lucía Freitas is the chef-owner of A Tafona and Lume, both located in Santiago de Compostela. She opened A Tafona in 2009 and later established Lume in 2017. Earlier in her career, she worked in the kitchens of El Celler de Can Roca, El Bohío, and Mugaritz.
