Luis Trejo is the master distiller at La Cofradía in Tequila, Jalisco, Mexico, where he worked with Storywood Tequila and Tequila 512. He is a veteran tequila maker with decades of experience, and at least one retail source attributes 32 years in the industry, and his father and grandfather also worked in tequila.
