Maca de Castro is the chef-owner of Maca de Castro in Port d'Alcúdia and Andana in Palma. She opened Maca de Castro, originally known as Restaurant Jardín, in 2003 and later established Andana in 2020. Earlier in her career, she completed stages at international restaurants including Mugaritz, Arzak, and wd~50.
