Manu Marañón is the current owner and chef of Bar Txepetxa in Donostia/San Sebastián, where the house is known for anchovy pintxos and family recipes passed down through generations. He is the current regent/proprietor of the bar and note that the family legacy was continued by his parents, Josetxo Marañón and Mari Carmen Ramos.
