Marco Dognini is a Milan-born bartender and bar manager at Bar Sathorn in Bangkok, where he leads the venue’s cocktail program at The House on Sathorn/W Bangkok. 17. He is also profiled in press as a veteran Italian bartender who joined Bar Sathorn in 2023 and built a menu centered on Thai ingredients, heritage storytelling, and sustainability.
