Marco Marras is the executive chef of Oseleta at Villa Cordevigo Wine Relais in Cavaion Veronese, near Lake Garda, and is also identified by Villa Cordevigo as executive chef of the estate’s two restaurants, Oseleta and Cordevigo. He is originally from Bosa, Sardinia, and has led Oseleta since 2021 after joining the estate in 2017 as chef de partie. Prior to Oseleta, his experience included kitchens in Geneva, Miami, and Hawaii.
