Marlon Rambaran

Marlon Rambaran is a Trinidad-native chef who was named executive chef at Hotel Jerome, Auberge Resorts Collection in Aspen in 2021, where he was responsible for the resort’s culinary program. Prior to that, he served as consultant executive chef at The Dupont Circle Hotel in Washington, D.C., overseeing a $7 million relaunch of the property’s food-and-beverage program, and earlier worked as executive chef at Le Bilboquet in Sag Harbor, New York, and in senior roles at Scarpetta in Miami Beach and L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon in Las Vegas.
