Mars Chang is the owner-bartender and founder of To Infinity & Beyond in Taipei, a space-themed cocktail bar that opened in December 2019 and has been highlighted in Asia’s 50 Best Bars coverage. He was the team leader at To Infinity & Beyond and as the 2021 World Class Taiwan Bartender of the Year, with profiles describing his scientific cocktail style built around distillation and centrifugation.
