Martín Narvaiz is the co-owner and public face of Lana, an Argentine parrilla on Calle Ponzano in Madrid, where he is described as the person who tends the grill and receives diners. Coverage on the restaurant identifies him and his brother Joaquín as the founders and operators of Lana, which opened in January 2022 after a longer development period that began in 2018. He is Argentine and was raised in Tandil, Buenos Aires Province, where he learned traditional asado techniques on the family estancia before bringing that style to Madrid.
