Massimiliano Sena

Massimiliano Sena is an Italian chef associated with Il Lago at Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues in Geneva, where he was at the helm of the Michelin-starred restaurant and served as Executive Chef from July 2016. Official Four Seasons materials also identify Il Lago as his restaurant and note that he retained the restaurant’s one Michelin star during his tenure. A later source from his own website indicates he left Il Lago for a new role at Château de Courcelles in June 2024, so his most recent publicly documented affiliation is outside Geneva.
