Mathilde Fournié is a winegrower at her family’s Château Haut-Monplaisir in Cahors. She joined Cathy and Daniel Fournié at the estate in 2015, initially supporting commerce and marketing while learning the winegrower’s craft, and now helps sustain the certified-organic, 30-hectare vineyard and its Malbec-focused wines.
