Sydney-born chef Matt Abé trained in Australia before moving to London and spending 18 years in Gordon Ramsay's kitchens. He rose to Chef de Cuisine and then Chef Patron at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, where the restaurant retained three Michelin stars under his leadership.
